Welcome to KMR All Stars! I’m Krista Reed the proud Founder and CEO of this dynamic all-star cheerleading gym located in Harford County, Maryland. With over 20 years of experience in the cheerleading world, my passion for the sport runs deep. My journey began in 8th grade, where I discovered my love for cheerleading, and I’ve never looked back.
After cheerleading through high school, I spent a decade coaching and directing Bel Air Rec Cheerleading, where I developed a strong foundation in both the technical and leadership aspects of the sport. During that time, I built lasting relationships and had the privilege of guiding many young athletes toward achieving their full potential.
In addition to my local coaching experience, I currently work with Varsity Spirit, one of the leading cheerleading and dance businesses, where I continue to deepen my expertise in the industry. My goal is to provide athletes at KMR All Stars with top-tier training, a positive environment, and the tools they need to succeed, both on and off the mat.
This gym is dedicated and inspired by my late sister, Kelly Michelle Reed. Kelly was never part of the cheerleading world herself, but she was always everyone’s biggest cheerleader. She found joy in supporting her family and friends, showing up at every event to cheer them on—no matter the sport or activity. Kelly loved her family deeply, and they were her greatest priority. In her honor, this gym bears her name to ensure that her spirit and memory live on. To celebrate her life and legacy, we proudly present to you, and to the world, KMR All Stars!
