D1 gyms have more than 125 athletes enrolled and rostered on a team. Gyms with less than 125 athletes can be either D1 or D2.

Our All Star Novice team is a team option for athletes with no previous cheerleading experience. It will expose the athletes to the competition atmosphere for the first time.
Our All Star Prep team is for athletes who have some experience with cheer and are searching for a more competitive way to perform. This team is designed to challenge athletes who have their skills but may need a little assistance with their technique and confidence.
Our Elite Level Teams are for athletes who are ready to commit to the full All Star cheer experience, with a focus on excellence, performance, and personal growth. These teams provide unmatched opportunities to shine on the national stage and make a lasting impact in the world of All Star cheer.
Our Tiny exhibition team is for age 2 ½ to expose these new athletes to the all star cheerleading world for the first time.
Our Cheer-Abilities All Star team is designed for athletes with disabilities, focusing on improving flexibility and strength, boosting self-confidence, and building social skills.
KMR All Stars follows USASF Cheer Rules for all levels and skills.
Athletes must meet minimum skill requirements below to qualify for that level team.
